If there was one app that all BlackBerry users wished for then that would be a good mobile VoIP client which lets you make and receive calls using Wi-Fi or 3G connections. It would be preffered if your client was made by Skype however, this isn’t the case. There haven’t been any mobile VoIP app’s for the BlackBerry. Instead, there are apps that use either callback or a local access number over the cellular networks. The other three major smartphone platforms,  iPhone OS, Android and Symbian have multiple mobile VoIP applications, such as Nimbuzz and Truphone.

This was disclosed in a recent article in Times Online, which stated some facts about Wolfson Microelectronics, which is a British microelectronics and fabless semiconductor corporation that specializes in signal processing chips. The same company has been selected to provide the required chips for the new mobile phone.

Nokia has finally launched its very first 12MP camera Symbian mobile phone with. The set will be first one to come to the market ever since the Operating system went open source.

However, being a Symbian mobile isn’t Nokia N8’s sole specialty, what makes it more unique is the fact that the N8 is going to be the first mobile phone to feature a 12Mp camera.

This will also enable the N8 to capture HD video at 720p resolution. According to Nokia, the N8 is can also be used for watching web-based TV as it offers several services from CNN, Paramount and National Geographic, with added UK-focused TV content available from the Nokia Ovi Store.

Nokia C6 is a new business phone from Nokia that comes equipped with great hardware and software, available at an affordable price.

The phone boasts a 3 inch QWERTY Touchscreen, along with symbian operating system. The phone offers GPS with OVI Maps and Nokia messaging.

Having a size of 113.4 x 53 x 16.8 mm and weighing 150 g, the phone also has some additional features like sliding touch-screen display.

Finland’s Nokia Corp. has recently announced the launch of three new mobile phones. The mobile phones have been designed specifically for providing quick messaging and good social networking tools, all to be made available at a reasonable price.

The three new phones Nokia C3, C6 and E5 have been created keeping in view all the requirements that the users want nowadays.

Nokia C3 has been created on the basis of the series 40 platform. The phone has a QWERTY keyboard, Ovi mail and chat, Wi-Fi, 8GB of data storage and allows users full accessibility to all social networks. The phone is said to come in the second quarter.

The iPhone has successfully dominated the mobile phone market for a long time now. While many other smartphones have tried to come up to that level, they have not been able to match the users requirements in the way that the iPhone does, except for the Nokia N97, which has its own large share in the market.
