Two new mobile phones have been launched by Sony Ericsson, called Spiro and Zylo. Sony Ericsson is famous its music phones with the sale of over 130 million walkman phones worldwide.
Some of its famous phones include the Xperia X10, X10 Mini, Mini Pro X10, and Vivaz Pro, but now Sony Ericsson is going to upgrade its aging array of Walkman phones with the launch of Zylo and Spiro. The two new music phones will also be used for social networking.
By incorporating the finest features of Walkman together with numerous applications dedicated to social networks, Spiro and Zylo provide excellent communication and entertainment features.
The Sony Ericsson Spiro is a dual-band EDGE phone with a 2.2 inch screen and a 2 megapixel camera. Having an internal memory of 5 MB, the phone also has a 3.5mm audio jack, a MicroSD reader, and stereo Bluetooth.
The phone has the music player from Sony Ericsson Walkman, together with a TrackID to identify a song, allowing you to download music from PlayNow, and use various social networking applications such as Facebook and Twitter. The phone is said to arrive in the market by the 3rd quarter and will be available in black, silver and pink color.
Zylo on the other hand has a 2.6 inch screen with a 3-megapixel camera and 260 MB of internal memory. The phone also has a microSD reader, a micro-USB connector, and stereo Bluetooth.
Zylo also has the music player from Sony Ericsson Walkman, and TrackID to identify a song. Users can also log on to Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Picasa and YouTube to enjoy social networking. The phone will be available in the 3rd quarter, in black, pink and green color.
